E-Consultation looks at whether consultation is sought from users of
your site. Can discussion documents be reviewed online? Can
submissions be made online? Is background information relevant to
the issue being consulted on available. This is one of our
"Stretch Criteria" that will be expected from Government Agencies
2007-2010.
